Momentum Contacts privacy notice

Momentum Contacts is Gabriel Rips’ private administration integration for Momentum Chess and Vellin maths enquiries. Contact: gabrielrips@gmail.com.

When enabled, it uses new signups’ parent names, email addresses and phone numbers to add or update Gabriel’s Google Contacts and apply Maths or Chess labels. It reads existing contacts to avoid duplicates and holds conflicting matches for review. Children’s details, assessment results, payment information and signup notes are excluded from this sync.

Google permissions cover managing contacts and verifying Gabriel’s account identity and email address, not reading his inbox. Parents do not connect their Google accounts.

The server stores contact-delivery records, processing status, Google contact identifiers and restricted-access connection credentials. Data is exchanged with Google over HTTPS. The integration has no advertising, contact-sale or AI-training function.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for delivery records. Disabling sync or revoking Google access does not delete existing records. Contact Gabriel to request correction or removal. This notice covers the integration, not the websites’ other data uses.
